Fear often fades when understanding begins.
At Higher Calling Wildlife, we believe conservation starts with education. The more we understand God’s creation, the more we appreciate it—and the more likely we are to protect it.
That’s why we’re proud to support Sharks Aren’t So Scary, a public education campaign presented by the Gulf Great White Shark Society.
The campaign launches with a fun public service announcement from horror host Count Drahoon, who reminds us that while scary movies are entertaining, real sharks deserve respect, understanding and conservation.
Throughout October we’ll be sharing stories that celebrate these remarkable animals and encourage people of all ages to replace fear with knowledge.
Be sure to follow the Gulf Great White Shark Society throughout the month for shark science, conservation news and the full Sharks Aren’t So Scary campaign, and watch Count Drahoon’s official kickoff PSA to get started.
Together, we can help turn fear into stewardship.
